SHERE FUN TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. BOOKING CONFIRMATION

Parents / guardians must check the detail of their confirmation of booking and notify Shere Fun if it does not match their intended booking detail.


2. CANCELLATIONS

If a cancellation request is received in writing more than 21 days prior to Day One of the Playscheme you will be issued a full refund. If the request is received after this time, we will issue a full refund If the place can be resold.


3. LOST PROPERTY

Please ensure that children do not bring valuable toys and belongings with them, as we cannot be held responsible if they go missing. We cannot guarantee the return of lost property, but will endeavour to return items on request that we are able to identify.


4. COLLECTION TIMES / LATE FEES

Children must be collected at the agreed time. If not, Shere Fun / FreeStyle will be acting unlawfully under the terms of their Insurance and Ofsted Registration.

Shere Fun / FreeStyle reserve the right to charge a fee for late collection of any children. If a child / children is collected after the allocated collection time, the parent / guardian will be charged £2.50 per child for every period of 15 minutes that elapse, up until the point where the child / children is collected.


5. IDENTIFICATION

Parents / guardians must identify themselves to the site supervisor on the first day of the child/rens attendance. Should arrangements be made at any time for any other adult to accompany or collect any child/ren, the supervisor must be informed and, where possible, introduced to the nominated adult.


6. REGISTRATION

On arrival for each session, all children must be accompanied to the “Registration Table”. Accompanying adults must remain “on site” until a member of staff has registered the child/ren. (NB For the purposes of these conditions, “On Site” refers to any area of the premises both inside and out).


7. PERSONAL ITEMS

Unless it is requested or optional as part of any activity, children should not bring toys, games or valuable items to the site. Nor Should they bring any money.


8. CLOTHING

Children must be appropriately clothed for participation in all activities and suitable to weather conditions.


9. BEHAVIOUR

Behaviour by any person “on site”, considered by the organisers to be unacceptable and in appropriate will not be tolerated. These include: smoking, alcohol, drug abuse, solvent abuse, bad language and any other situation which could cause disruption and / or distress. Continuous disruptive and unacceptable behaviour by any person (child or adult) will be reported to the organisers, by the supervisor. This will be followed by discussion with other staff and the person(s) concerned.

The organisers reserve the right the right to expel any person from the scheme and / or the site should such incidents occur.


10. PROPERTY

Respect for, and the proper use of, all property, equipment and the premises is essential and must be maintained by all persons (child or adult) at all times.


11. CONFIDENTIALITY

All information exchanged by any person involved with the scheme must be kept strictly confidential.


12. CO-OPERATION

The success of the scheme depends on the co-operation and sharing between all those involved. Parents / guardians should address any comments they wish to the organisers.


13. DATA PROTECTION

Shere Fun keeps records of Names & Addresses on a computer database, for mailing list usage only. No children’s details or medical records disclosed to Shere Fun are kept on a computerised database. The mailing list database is not disclosed, or for sale to third parties for any purposes whatsoever and is kept on a secure server not accessible from any external means.


14. POLICIES & PROCEDURES

Accept the Policies & Procedures which are available on site at each PlayScheme and on the Shere Fun Website.
